For Every Action There is a Reaction As The Residents of This Three Story Apartment Complex Found in Camden South Carolina

Woke to the shrill sound of the fire alarm, you race out of bed and find no fire, nor smoke.  There is lights reflecting through your windows signifing fire trucks outside.  Frantic you race out the door., down a flight of stairs to face fire crews with hoses out diligently shooting water on the apartment directly above your apartment.  

The initial action is a fire in the third floor apartment, the reaction is the water to put out that fire is now filtering into your apartment, and the one below yours.
